What “Tally Academy” Actually Is

“Tally Academy” isn’t a generic phrase — it’s the trading name of a specific, independently run training chain with multiple centres across Kolkata and West Bengal. It’s a large, well-established institute in its own right. But it’s important to know that, in its own public communications, Tally Academy describes itself as an independent educational institution with no affiliation to Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Tally and TallyPrime.

That’s a completely different thing from an Authorised Training Partner — an institute directly empanelled by Tally Education (a Tally Solutions group company) to deliver its official curriculum and issue certificates in its name. If your goal from a “tally academy near me” search is a certificate that carries Tally’s own name and is verifiable on Tally’s own website, that distinction matters.

Why It Matters More Than Just Finding a “Tally Academy Near Me”

Plenty of institutes across Kolkata teach Tally software well. But when it comes to your certificate and your job search, authorisation status changes three things:

• Who issues your certificate. An authorised partner’s certificate is issued directly by Tally Education, Bangalore — not by the training centre itself.
• Whether it’s verifiable. Certificates from authorised partners can be verified online directly on Tally Education’s own website, which employers increasingly check.
• What comes after the course. Authorised centres give students lifetime access to the Tally Job Portal and Tally Education’s own placement network — on top of whatever placement support the training centre itself offers.

Authorised Training Partner	Independent / Unaffiliated Institute
Certificate issued by	Tally Education, Bangalore	The institute itself
Verifiable on Tally’s own website	Yes	No
Curriculum source	Official Tally Education curriculum	Institute’s own curriculum
Tally Job Portal access	Lifetime access included	Not included
Listed on Tally Education’s official locator	Yes	No

How to Verify Any “Tally Academy Near Me” Result (Under a Minute)

You don’t have to take any institute’s word for it — including ours. Here’s how to check for yourself:

1. Visit Tally Education’s official learning centre locator at tallyeducation.com/tepl/learning/ and search by your area or pincode.
2. Ask the centre for their Tally Education partner details and a sample of the actual certificate they issue.
3. Confirm the certificate will be digitally verifiable on Tally Education’s own website once you complete the course.
